Complaints

Complaints will be handled in a fair and confidential manner. If, for any reason, you have a complaint, please contact us or e-mail. At the longest we endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days, however we normally respond far quicker.

Credit Card Security

Credit card details are never held on our server. Our payment service provider (Worldpay) will process your credit card details over a secure connection. Details of their security procedures can be found at Worldpay.
