Cheese omelette Salas and wholemeal bread

Tuna Bake

Salad nicoise / tuna
Anchovies, boiled egg
Chocolate ice cream

Dinner
Hamburger and wholemeal roll and a few chips and strawberries.

Other weight loss tips

Drink plenty of water - drink a pint before your evening meal

Keep a food diary - this is a really good way to monitor exactly how much you're ingesting
