Thigh toning exercises

Massage circulation improvements

Here is the second part, incl toning exercises and cardio exercises. You have to focus on four areas: diet, cardio exercises, circulation improvements and toning exercises.

Toning Exercises

Toning exercises include,

1. 8 High step hops
2. Classic abductor lifts (tones outer thighs)

Cardio

Cardio exercises will strengthen the heart and lungs, giving better stamina and endurance to keep up with the rest of your exercise routine. Look at your week and be really honest with yourself to see how active you really are. Pick an activity, which works the leg muscles like cycling or running. Here are some ideas:

Walk up and down the stairs twice to warm up.

Run up the stairs and walk back down. Then run up the stairs 2 at a time and walk back down.

Jump with both feet on the first step and step back down 5 times.

Now jump up two steps place hand on and jump back down five times.

Repeat the whole sequence one more time.

Walking is of course the most effective exercise and you should try to do this for at least 20 minutes per day.

 

If you focus on the 10 minute fat buster every day, it should be little time before you feel and see the benefits!
